Llangollen Food Share is running a public consultation until 31st January 2024. We are seeking experiences and opinions from local members of the public, not-for-profit organisations and services, and businesses, in order to improve our services and apply for grant funding, to keep running for as long as there is a need.
No names or email addresses are associated with the questionnaires, so all data collected is anonymous if participants wish. However, there is the opportunity to provide business or organisation names, and to provide contact details, if participants choose to share this information in their submission.
Data may be used for grant funding applications, feedback to staff, volunteers and the management committee, publicity and marketing. By submitting this form you consent to the data you have submitted being used for these purposes.
